- Jody Sims Added July 12, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We used A Mano florist at their Karrinyup store for my daughter’s wedding in December and were so disappointed with the arrangements provided. We asked for natives, upright, rustic. The arrangements we were given had only one native flower in them – the Geraldton Wax. When we contacted them on the Monday following the wedding requesting a partial refund as we could not use the flowers because they did not meet the brief, the company refused to refund any of the money we had paid them. Would never use them again and would not recommend them at all for any big events where the flower arrangements matter and the wrong arrangement can make a big impact on the day. Below is the flowers – the last three are what we requested, the first two are what was provided. So disappointed, not just in the flowers but in their refusal to meet us half way in coming to a resolution that satisfied both us as the customers and them as the suppliers.

Often, florists have photos of arrangements where the reality is a sad second to the picture presented. In this case, the bunch delivered was even nicer than expected! Will definitely order from here again :)
